Flasher at the Dam
Saegertown – An Edinboro man has been charged with open lewdness, indecent exposure, and disorderly conduct for apparently flashing visitors to Woodcock Dam. On a Wednesday Morning in April, 23-year-old Jason Bently was allegedly exposing himself to anyone who pulled into the parking area of Woodcock Dam and shouting obscenities at them.

Three Secretary Positions Approved
Harrisburg – The Pennsylvania State Senate confirmed several of Governor Shapiro’s nominees for cabinet positions yesterday, completing their vote by unanimous consent and all at once. Confirmations include Michael Carrol as Secretary of Transportation, Jason Kavolich as Secretary of Aging, and Community and Economic Development Secretary Frederick Siger. The appointments also include six people to the Pennsylvania Election Law advisory board.

Fallen Firefighters to be Honored
Emmitsburg Maryland – Two firefighters that lost their lives in Pennsylvania will be honored at a national ceremony this weekend. Marvin Gruber and Zachary Paris were both killed while battling a Lehigh County fire last December and their sacrifices will be honored this Sunday at the National Safety Training Facility along with 144 other men and women who were lost around the nation.
