Man Accused of Brutal Sexual Attack
Mercer – A man named Jabril Henley was arrested in Mercer County and sent to Lawrence County where he is accused of the rape and false imprisonment of a woman in New Castle. Henley faces 15 charges related to rape plus further charges related to assault, false imprisonment, and more after he allegedly threatened the woman with a knife and kept her captive for several hours last Thursday. According to police, the victim escaped but left behind her car keys; he was driving the victim’s car when he was captured.

Recall of Tortilla Chips
Villa Rica, GA – The FDA Reports that Sugar Foods has issued a recall on a product sold in Pennsylvania that contains unlisted wheat ingredients. On Friday, November 22nd, Sugar Foods issued a nationwide recall on their tortilla strips packaged as Tortilla Strips, Sante Fe Style under their Fresh Gourmet Brand. The products are sold in 3.5 ounce bags at Wal-Mart, Target, Costco, Sam’s Club, and similar establishments in PA and OH; they have a best by date of June 20th, 2025 and the UPC Code 7 87359 17504 6. No illnesses have been reported due to the mislabeling of these products but individuals with a wheat sensitivity are urged to dispose of or return the product for a refund.
