Wanted: Richard Yeany
Fairview – The Pennsylvania State Police are searching for 46-year-old Richard Yeany of Lake City. A warrant has been issued for his arrest, as the suspect in the burglary of a self-storage facility in Fairview last year. Police say they identified his 1965 Ford Mustang as the vehicle he used during the crime on November 5th. It was about 12:40 am when police say that Yeany damaged multiple security cameras before cutting the locks and entering two storage lockers at Bolt Storage in Fairview. A description of Yeany beyond white 46-year-old male was not provided. Aggravated Assault and DUI Charges for Driver in Crash
Franklin – Kevin Shoup of Polk was recently charged with two counts of aggravated assault after police received results from a blood alcohol level test taken after a November crash. Authorities say that Shoup had a blood alcohol level of 0.114%, well over the legal limit of .08% for DUI when his pickup truck drifted into opposing traffic and collided head-on with another vehicle in November 2024. The occupants of the second vehicle were severely injured with multiple broken bones, and one of them had a punctured lung. According to court records, Shoup was charged on January 14th and released on $25,000 bond after a hearing on Monday.
