Fundraiser for Raising Wonder Foundation
Meadville – This Saturday, Meadville’s Raising Wonder Foundation will be holding a second-hand sale to raise funds to construct an indoor playspace for children and families at their facility on 375 Chestnut Street, the big blue house across the street from the YMCA. Raising Wonder provides workshops, family coaching services, and more for local families. From 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, stop by the back lot for a selection of gently used items sold at affordable prices, and children’s clothing and toys sold for $5 a bag. There will also be a bake sale, an appearance by the 205 Degrees Fahrenheit Mobile Coffeehouse, and more. Click it or Ticket Enforcement Begins
NWPA – The Pennsylvania State Police are joining law enforcement agencies across the nation in continuing the Click It or Ticket campaign this week. The initiative runs now through June 1st. Troopers are enforcing the state’s seat belt law and promoting proper usage of child safety seats. Drivers are reminded to buckle up and follow traffic rules to maintain safety and avoid citations.
