PSP Seeks Help Solving Hit & Run Homicide
Waterford – The Pennsylvania State Police is still asking for public assistance in identifying the vehicle and driver that killed 33-year-old Justin Puckly in Waterford on Saturday morning. A hit-and-run driver, possibly DUI, struck Justin around 1 a.m. on Saturday, July 19th, and caused fatal injuries before fleeing the scene. Troopers from the Erie Barracks are asking for anyone with information about vehicles that passed through the roundabout at the south end of town between 12:55 a.m. and 1:10 a.m., or anyone who knows of a recently damaged vehicle. Air Quality Advisory in Ohio
Northeast Ohio – Ashtabula, Trumbull, and Mahoning Counties, OH, are under an Air Quality Advisory for ozone pollution until midnight tonight. The Eastgate and Northeast Ohio Coordinating Agencies have independently issued alerts for ground-level ozone levels that can be hazardous for sensitive groups such as the very young and very old, those with breathing difficulties like asthma, and others. Police Recover Phone and Gun from River
Tidioute – In Warren County, the Pennsylvania State Police have recovered a cellular phone and a firearm that were discovered in the Allegheny River on Friday, July 18th. The property was discovered in the water of the river by Kirkpatrick Farm Lane in Limestone Township.
