West Mead Cleanup Day
West Mead Township – West Mead Cleanup Days begin today. Cleanup Days run from today until Saturday, and this year, the drop-off point is at Pro Waste Disposal, and not the Crawford County Fairgrounds. You must acquire a voucher from the West Meade Township Building before dropping off your Cleanup Day waste. Acceptable items include appliances, furniture, mattresses, toys, bicycles, and metal items; vehicle parts and batteries, building materials from individuals (boxed shingles, lumber, drywall, windows), and dried paint cans with the lids removed. Deadlines for Meadville Memorial Day Parade
Meadville – The Meadville Area Memorial Day Observance Committee has issued a reminder to everyone who wishes to sponsor or take part in this year’s Memorial Day ceremonies that they have until this Friday, May 15th, to finish their applications. Applications to sponsor and take part in the parade and solemn observance can be found at CityofMeadville.org under Authorities, Boards, and Commissions in the government tab. This year, Memorial Day is on May 25th.
