Meadville – Today at the Crawford County Fair, Country Music Night! Country Star Joe Nichols hits the grandstands to rock the fair tonight at 6 p.m. with Froggy 100.3 and 98.5. Today also features the Mullet Contest, the Dairy Goat Dressup, and the 4-H Cheese Yield Auction. Meadville – This Saturday, Meadville’s cancer-benefiting music festival comes back to the ARC Greenspace. Light up the Darkness is an 8-hour-long music festival with something for everyone; acts include a variety of genres, including folk, rock, metal, and more, playing from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. One of Meadville’s favorite food trucks, A Waffle Miracle, will be on hand, and the Greenspace is located near many of Meadville’s best restaurants. The concert is free, but donations are being accepted to benefit the Yolanda G. Barco Oncology Center of Meadville.
