An Oil City man has been charged with terroristic threats, harassment, and simple assault after threatening to shoot two hunters. Multiple witnesses including uninvolved parties told authorities that Eric Caldwell was arguing with two other men last Wednesday when he threatened to shoot them multiple times. People are taking such threats more seriously after an Emlenton man deliberately shot and killed another hunter in November.

The Pennsylvania State Police based in the town of Warren is in possession of an undisclosed sum of cash money that was located in Glade Township, Warren County, and are asking for assistance in returning it to its owner; anyone with information should call (814)728-3600.

Pennsylvania Attorney General Josh Shapiro announced a $38.8 million settlement with JUUL Labs Inc. for violations of Pennsylvania’s Unfair Trade Practices and Consumer Protection laws by targeting teenagers for their vape products. As part of the settlement, JUUL will also be adhering to strict limits on product sales and advertising in the commonwealth and other restrictions. Concerned parents or guardians who confiscate JUUL devices can use JUUL’s track and trace tool to find where it was sold.
