A young driver collided with a Pennsylvania State Trooper on Monday. It was about 7:45AM on Monday morning at the intersection where Pine Road terminates into Route 322 in Vernon Township Crawford County. A cruiser stopped in the left turn lane was hit virtually head-on by an 18-year-old driver that was traveling through the turning lane; the impact was enough to disable the driver’s vehicle and push the cruiser into a guardrail on the opposite side of the highway, but nobody was injured.
