Florida Man Arrested for Crimes in PA
North East – A 34-year-old Ocala Florida man is awaiting extradition from New York into Erie County to face an attempted homicide charge. Ervin Stubbs is accused of firing multiple shots from a handgun at another motorist while traveling along interstate 90 in North East Township at about 2:30 Wednesday morning in a possible road rage incident. Stubbs was able to reach New York state but was caught by officers of the New York State Police. Stubbs is charged with felonies of attempted homicide, aggravated assault, and carrying an unlicensed firearm.

Lawyers say Tree of Life Shooter is Schizophrenic
Pittsburgh – Attorneys Representing Robert Bowers, the accused Tree of Life Synagogue shooter, filed a declaration with Pennsylvania Courts claiming their client suffers from epilepsy and schizophrenia on Monday.  Bowers faces trial in one month for the attack on the Tree of Life Synagogue in October of 2018 and the murder of 11 worshippers there; prosecutors plan to seek the death penalty.
