New Details in Search for Missin Erie County Man
Erie – The Pennsylvania State Police are still searching for an Erie County man who was reported missing last Thursday.  66-year-old Michael Frank Maisner of Summit Township was last seen by friends and family on March 27th and none of them know his whereabouts, he was declared a missing person on April 13th. Maisner is a large white man, 6’2” with a heavy build, he has short gray hair, a mustache, and green eyes; police have not mentioned any identifying tattoos or scars.  UPDATE: Investigators are planning to test some burnt bones found outside Mr. Maisner’s home on Tuesday for DNA and a woman who was known to live part-time on his property has been charged with the theft of Maisner’s vehicle.  A phone call to the Pennsylvania State Police in Erie confirmed this morning that at this juncture Michael Maisner is still considered missing.
