Harrisburg – Yesterday, Pennsylvania’s Governor Josh Shapiro issued an emergency proclamation that would allow the state to immediately demolish and begin reconstruction of a bridge that was destroyed in a tanker fire near Philadelphia. The bridge which carries Interstate 95 was national news when it collapsed after a tanker truck hit a wall and caught on fire beneath it; the driver of the truck was likely killed immediately and nobody else was harmed in the incident.
