Police Investigate Stolen Farm Gasoline
Linesvile – Authorities are investigating the theft of 132 gallons of gasoline from the holding tank of a farm on Maples Road in Conneaut Township, Crawford County. The theft was discovered on Friday after the farmer attempted to fuel a tractor and anybody who may have information is being asked to call the Pennsylvania State Police in Meadville at (814)332-6911.

Cinema 4 Demolition Begins
Meadville – Demolition of the Park Avenue Cinema in Meadville was scheduled to begin yesterday according to the Office of the Meadville City Manager. The Redevelopment Authority hired a contractor to destroy the old cinema complex in downtown Meadville last month and once the demolition is complete the empty property will be added to the community greenspace. At press time there were no visible exterior signs of the demolition project.

Kinzua Bridge Gets New Boss
Mt. Jewitt – The Department of Conservation and Natural Resources has emplaced Edinboro University graduate Alan Johnson as the new Operations Manager for Kinzua Bridge State Park. Alan has been the interim manager since February and also oversees the operations of the Elk and Bendigo State Parks. Alan Johnson is a native of McKean County who earned his undergraduate from Edinboro University.
