Penncrest Emergency Meeting Tonight
Cambridge Springs – The Penncrest School Board is holding a special voting meeting tonight at the Cambridge Springs High School Auditorium. In the public meeting, the board intends to discuss and possibly act upon creating a contract for a new Superintendent after the Departure of Timothy Glasspool for a school district in the Pittsburgh Area. According to Board Member Jeff Brooks via social media, the board members have only interviewed one outside candidate for the position, a Mr. JP Smith and there has been no official vetting or checking references.
PennDOT Work Schedules
Oil City – PennDOT is inviting residents of Pennsylvania to fill out a short 24-question survey about the job they have done this year. In 2023 PennDOT paved more than 1,000 miles of roadways and completed repairs on 161 bridges among other projects.
