Man Found Dead in Burning House
Fairview – Authorities in Erie County are determining the cause of death for an 81-year-old man found during a Fairview house fire. Just before midnight on Monday multiple fire departments and the Pennsylvania State Police responded to a house fire on West Lake Road and discovered the remains of William Long alongside several deceased pets. Investigators are in the process of determining a cause for the fire and for Mr. Long’s death but do not suspect foul play.

Dangerous Wind Chill Delays Classes
NWPA – All of Western Pennsylvania is under a wind chill advisory today. In the local area, wind chills are approaching 15 to 20 degrees below zero with wind gusts up to 30 miles per hour. It’s a good idea to dress warmly today and avoid exposing bare skin to the elements for very long as prolonged exposure to these wind chills can put you at risk for hypothermia or even frostbite.
