Wanted: Terry Treater
Youngstown, OH- The US Marshals Northern Ohio Fugitive Task Force has offered a cash reward for anyone providing information that leads to the arrest of a violent fugitive known to frequent the Youngstown area. 63-year-old Terry Treater is a white male, 5’3 inches tall and about 125 pounds, he has brown eyes and gray hair; his most recent photographs show a long and full beard. He is wanted for violating federal probation and is known to frequent areas around Youngstown and Warren Ohio, anyone who may have information on his whereabouts is asked to call 1-866-4WANTED (1-866-492-6833).

Man Passes Out While Driving
Titusville – Though uninjured, a Tionesta man was hospitalized after crashing his car in Crawford County. Emergency responders say that an 86-year-old man lost consciousness while driving in Oil Creek Township and crashed his Lexus into a guardrail on Route 27 last Wednesday afternoon. Michael Thomas was wearing his seatbelt and did not get injured, but was rushed to Titusville Hospital due to his age and medical condition. The Pennsylvania State Police say Emergycare, Thompson’s towing, and the Pleasantville Fire Department cleared the scene.

Vandals Repeatedly Target Jewish Temple
Wynwood – A synagogue in Pennsylvania was vandalized twice last week, including on Easter Sunday when unknown suspects painted swastikas on it. Temple Beth Hillel-Beth El in Wynwood, Pennsylvania had red swastikas painted on a billboard located on temple grounds on Friday night. The billboard was removed and replaced on Saturday and the vandal or vandals also painted swastikas upon it.  The Pennsylvania State Police and Human Relations Commission have become involved in the investigation that may involve hate crimes.

One Arrest Made in Mercer County Shooting
Sharon – An 18-year-old New Castle resident has been arrested in connection to a Tuesday morning shooting in Mercer County. Julian Jackson has been charged with attempted criminal homicide and other crimes and remitted to Mercer County Jail on $1.5 million bail after police found his cellphone at the crime scene. Jackson, who also has a juvenile crime history was already released on bail in Lawrence County after an alleged kidnapping in New Castle; he is only one of multiple suspects in this case.
Shortly after midnight on Monday night, Jackson was with a 23-year-old man who was injured during the shooting. Surveillance footage shows that several people got out of a Honda car and began shooting at them near the visitor center on North Water Avenue and Jackson allegedly returned fire. About 40 rounds were exchanged before the assailants drove off and the investigation continues.

Pearl Harbor Sailor Returns Home
Honolulu, HI – More than 83 years after his death, a sailor killed during the attack at Pearl Harbor will be returned home for burial in Western Pennsylvania. Walter Schleiter was 22 years old when he died while fighting fires aboard the battleship USS Oklahoma on December 7th, 1941 and his remains were unable to be properly claimed and identified until now. Walter is being transported to family in Beaver County who will inter his remains at a cemetery in Bridgeville on April 11th.
