School Closings for Eclipse Day
NWPA – It’s only three days away, the event everyone has been talking about for a year, the total solar eclipse that will be happening in our region on Monday, April 8th. In anticipation of this event, most school districts are offering only half days of instruction for their students, while others may be closed entirely. Check your student’s schedules for half days and closings. On the 8th the eclipse’s zone of totality where the moon entirely blocks the sun in Pennsylvania will pass entirely through Crawford and Erie Counties and include portions of Mercer and Warren Counties.
