Deadly Crash Near Millcreek Mall
Erie – A 17-year-old girl was killed when the car she was riding in rolled multiple times on Interstate 79 in Erie County Sunday Afternoon.  It was shortly after 1 p.m. on Sunday and Cadence Gannoe of Fairview was not wearing her seatbelt when the 19-year-old driver of the car she was in lost control after a minor impact with another vehicle and began to roll. Cadence was tossed out of the passenger side window of the rolling vehicle and suffered fatal injuries. She was declared dead after being transported to UPMC Hamot, the vehicle’s driver remained in hospitalization at press time.

Heat Advisory for Entire Region
Cleveland OH, Pittsburgh PA – The National Weather Service has issued a heat advisory for all of Western Pennsylvania and Eastern Ohio for the entire week. According to the NWS, beginning at 11 a.m. this morning and lasting until 8 p.m. Friday night conditions will be right for the Heat Index to exceed 100 degrees daily. High temperatures in the low and mid-nineties combined with extreme humidity will create dangerously hot conditions with a high probability of causing heat-related illness; it is advised to take precautions against the heat, drink plenty of liquids, stay indoors with circulating air or air conditioning whenever possible, wear loose and light clothing, and to check on elderly or infirm family and neighbors who may be at risk for heat stroke.
