Fraud Hurts Erie County Manufacturer
McCkean – A company based in Erie County was the victim of more than $500,000 worth of fraud. Last Friday, July 5th, the Pennsylvania State Police began their investigation into the deception that led to Tri-Tech Molding in McKean to lose more than $516,000. According to a press release from the Pennsylvania State Police, the suspect is known, but they were not named. Tri-Tech is a manufacturing company based in McKean and does not have very detailed information about the business available to the public; it mainly focuses on plastic injection molding for commercial products.

Live Music in Meadville’s Diamond Park
The City of Meadville is preparing for a live performance by the Erie Philharmonic tomorrow night at the Diamond Park. This free family-friendly concert begins at 7 p.m. Friday night with food trucks and other attractions opening at 6 p.m. The Philharmonic will perform beloved classical works from composers such as Beethoven and many more. Bring a chair, join the Erie Philharmonic on the diamond, and enjoy the area’s most popular food trucks for a relaxing concert at the gazebo on Friday night. On Thursday night, Charity Nuse and Friends will be performing as part of Meadville’s Free Concert Series, the event also begins at 7 p.m.
