Authorities across Western Pennsylvania are searching for four-month-old Promise Lavidein, she is missing, presumed kidnapped, and may be at risk for harm or injury. Promise was last seen with 31-year-old Justin Jefferson in the City of Erie at around 1:30 p.m. Monday afternoon; Jefferson is a Black male, 5’9” tall 172 pounds with black hair, he wears glasses and has facial tattoos above his right eye and above and below his left eye. Justin Jefferson was seen driving a blue 2023 Buick Envision with a left rear light that is not functioning; the Pennsylvania license plate number is MDR3453. Authorities believe that he may have traveled south toward the Pittsburgh area.
