Spizarny has been charged with aggravated assault, DUI, terroristic threats, resisting arrest, and disorderly conduct.

AG Henry Responds to Google Decision
Harrisburg – Pennsylvania’s Attorney General, Michelle Henry released a statement about a Federal Court’s finding that Google has violated antitrust laws and become a monopoly. Her statement supports the Washington DC Circuit Court decision that Google and their parent company Alphabet have created a modern monopoly and can be sued pursuant to antitrust laws. “Google has carved out a mega online presence that influences users to view and use their products by thwarting competition from rival search engines through exclusive agreements making Google the default search engine on popular devices and browsers. By design and definition, that is a monopoly,” she wrote.
“We are pleased with the federal court’s finding that those practices exist and are harmful to consumers. We will continue, with our state and federal partners, to pursue litigation that offers a more level playing field and consumers with a full range of options.”
