Drug Charges for Four Men After Traffic Stop
Emlenton – Four men from Butler County were charged with drug possession with intent to deliver and other crimes after fentanyl, heroin, cocaine, and crack cocaine were discovered during a traffic stop in Venango County. According to the Pennsylvania State Police in Franklin, on August 2nd Duval Harvin, Rasheed Brogden, Rashaun Ruley, and Vincent Pointer Jr, all of Butler were all in a vehicle pulled over for a minor infraction on Interstate 80 in Scrubgrass Township. When the driver, Ruley, could not provide a license a series of events led to the eventual discovery of the drugs.

Bentonville, AR – Wal-Mart has issued an urgent recall on Great Value Apple Juice, which was sold in Pennsylvania, New York, and Ohio, because it may contain unsafe levels of arsenic. The recall is for six-packs of 8 oz bottles of Apple Juice with best if used by dates of December 28th, 2024. Arsenic is a mineral that is naturally present in apples, but the Apple Juice that is being recalled contains about 30% more organic arsenic than is generally considered safe by regulators. The product can be returned to any Wal-Mart store for a full refund.
