Man Sues Fish and Game
Harrisburg – A Pennsylvania man named Tim Thomas has filed a federal lawsuit against the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania alleging that state laws give unconstitutional levels of authority to Fish and Boat Commission officers to perform warrantless searches on private property. Thomas and his legal representatives from the non-profit Institute for Justice argue that Pennsylvania’s current statutes violate the Fourth Amendment.
