One Dead, Three Injured in Crash
Erie – A 72-year-old man died, and three other people were injured in a crash on Erie’s West Side Saturday morning. Information from the police and coroner reveals that an Erie resident named Dale Anderson suffered some kind of medical episode while driving in the area of West 10th and Poplar Streets just before 8 a.m. Anderson’s car collided with the rear end of another vehicle and then hit a utility pole, he was declared dead at the scene of the crash. Two passengers in his car and the driver of the vehicle he hit were all taken to hospitals for minor injuries.
Four Vehicles Broken Into
Conneaut Lake – The Pennsylvania State Police are asking for help developing leads on vehicle break-ins that happened at a home near Conneaut Lake. On the night of October 11th or the morning of October 12th, someone broke into four vehicles that were parked at a property on Putnam Road, between the intersections of Brown and Harmonsburg Roads. The interiors of the vehicles were ransacked, but nothing appeared to have been stolen. Anyone with information should call the Pennsylvania State Police in Meadville at (814)332-6911.
