Armed and Dangerous Man Sought
Brookfield OH – Police in Brookfield Ohio are warning that a man wanted for a violent altercation may be hiding out in Mercer County Pennsylvania. The Brookfield Township Police Department reports that a man wanted for shooting at a car during an argument fled the crime scene and may have retreated to Mercer County; they say that the suspect has ties to the Sharon and Farrell area and should be considered armed and dangerous. No name or description of the suspect was provided by authorities.

PA Sues Prospect Medical Holdings
Harrisburg – The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is suing Crozer Health Systems and its parent company Prospect Medical Holdings for what Attorney General Michelle Henry is calling the mismanagement and neglect of their properties that has resulted in a lapse of health care for hundreds of thousands of PA residents. The suit alleges that Prospect has broken the asset purchase agreement made in Delaware County Orphan’s Court in 2016 by closing facilities and removing services they agreed to fund for at least 10 years. Part of the suit seeks to force Prospect to sell the hospitals and fund the remaining hospital services until a new buyer can be found.
