Two Injured in School Bus Crash
Mckean – Two people were hospitalized after an SUV hit a school bus in McKean Township, Erie County on Wednesday afternoon. Investigators from the Pennsylvania State Police say that an SUV collided with the bus on its driver’s side at about 3:45 p.m. on Wednesday afternoon. A passenger on the SUV and the driver of the bus were both taken to UPMC Hamot for the treatment of injuries, but all students aboard the bus were medically cleared. Crash scene investigators are reviewing cameras on the bus before determining who was at fault.
Paint the Plow District 1 Winner
Oil City – PennDOT has named the winners of its regional Paint the Plow competitions; winners are picked in two categories based on the choices of the public and a panel of judges. In District 1 Oil City High School was the winner of the Judges Choice Award while Mercer High School was the Fan Favorite winner, West Middlesex High School was the runner-up in both categories.
