Center for Family Services in Desperate Need
Meadville – Crawford County’s Center for Family Services is in emergency need of donations after hundreds of residents around the county had some or all of their SNAP benefits taken away from them this month. CCFS provides non-perishable food items to eight food banks across the county and directly distributes aid to around 1,000 families; extra demand has left their shelves bare. The Center is also in need of sanitary items like tissues, toilet paper, and soap. Contact CCFS by calling (814)337-8450 or email info@ctrforfamilyservices.org for more information.
