Woman Arrested After Child Shows Police Drugs
Seneca – A Seneca woman has been arrested after one of her children showed police pictures of alleged drugs and drug paraphernalia on their bed. Allison Whitman allegedly fell asleep as representatives from CYS performed a drug test on her in the presence of the Pennsylvania State Police, and her results were positive for fentanyl and methamphetamine. They say Whitman began to throw things around her home while her children were in the same room when informed of a family improvement plan. She remains in Venango County Jail on three charges of endangering the welfare of children after originally posting $1,500 bail but then violating the terms of her bond.
