More Charges for Alleged Stabber
Linesville – The man accused of stabbing a Conneaut Lake Regional Police Officer earlier this month has also been charged with three counts of aggravated assault. At the preliminary hearing for the stabbing on Wednesday, Officer Landon Caldwell testified about being injured on the hands and face when he was attacked by Adam Mitchell of Jamestown with a small blade outside of a laundromat two weeks ago. After his preliminary hearing for the stabbing, Mitchell was arraigned on three new charges of aggravated assault against three State Troopers.
Mitchell allegedly fought with the three troopers at Meadville Medical Center during his medical evaluation after the Thursday, December 4th incident.

Vigil to be Held on Birthday of Hit-and-Run Victim
Edinboro – A vigil is being held for Justin Puckly of Waterford on Friday night. Justin was killed by a hit-and-run driver on the night of July 19th. Justin’s vigil begins at 6:00 p.m. on Friday night at McLane Church, located at 12511 Edinboro Road, in Edinboro. Friday, December 19th, would have been Justin’s 34th birthday. The Pennsylvania State Police are still investigating, hoping that cellphone tower data from the time of the incident can provide a suspect.
