Winter Storm Causes School and Road Closures
NWPA – The weather is a news item again this morning. A large, strong, fast-moving storm from the southwest is moving Northeast through Pennsylvania and Ohio, bringing with it heavy snowfall to our region. This storm has caused a number of 2-hour delays and school closures across Northwest Pennsylvania. Man Charged for Hit-and-Run that Injured Three
Erie – One man has been charged with about a dozen crimes after a November hit-and-run incident that injured three pedestrians in Erie. The Erie Police Department has arrested 23-year-old David Warren, claiming that he is the driver who hit three pedestrians in the crosswalk on November 21st. Warren has been charged with 11 crimes, ranging from felony to summary charges, after he allegedly drove through a busy crosswalk in Erie’s downtown and struck three people, including one pregnant woman, while making an illegal turn at the corner of 11th and State Street.
