Oil City – In Oil City, Pennsylvania’s oldest chapter of the Izaak Walton League turns 100 years old this weekend, and everyone is invited to the party. For more than 100 years, the Izaak Walton League has been both a champion for the environment and outdoor sports across the nation. Join the Oil City Chapter for their 100th birthday EnviroBash and Outdoor Show at Waltonian Park on Monarch Road this Saturday, July 18th, from 11:30 a.m. until 7 p.m.

Wildcat Mansion Ice Cream Social Tickets Available
Franklin – Tickets are available for the Wildcat Mansion tour and ice cream social next Thursday, July 23rd. The Venango County Historical Society will be providing guests with authentic 19th-century ice cream and confections after a guided tour of Wildcat Mansion and its grounds. There are two tour times, at 3 p.m. and 6 p.m., with an ice cream social following each tour. Tickets are $30 apiece and must be purchased ahead of the event by calling (814)432-8260 or by visiting VenangoHistory.org.
