Oil Heritage Festival and Artscape Tour
Oil City – The Oil Heritage Festival starts today and lasts until Sunday night. The 48th annual event celebrates America’s 250th Birthday in the way that only Oil City can. The Oil Heritage Festival includes so many individual events it’s impossible to list them all. The festival also marks the beginning of the 2026 Oil City Artscape Tour, which will run until after Bridgefest on August 16th. Find the Oil Heritage Festival Event on Facebook or visit VenangoChamber.org for more information.
Volunteer Fireman’s Carnival
Cambridge Springs – Today is also the beginning of the 72nd Annual Cambridge Springs Fireman’s Carnival. The carnival begins at 5 p.m. Wednesday through Friday, and runs until 9 o’clock at night; the Fireman’s Breakfast kicks off Saturday at 8 a.m., and the party doesn’t stop until 10 p.m. Live music, rides, parades, and more in downtown Cambridge Springs. The Cambridge Springs Volunteer Fire Department has been a 100% volunteer operation since 1919, and the carnival helps cover a significant portion of their operating expenses, so come support your local VFD.
