Motorcycle Crash Kills Man
Saegertown – A Crawford County man was declared dead after his crash scene was discovered on Saturday morning. Just before 7 a.m., the Pennsylvania State Police were called to a scene near the Park and Ride at the interchange of State Highway 198 and Interstate 79. They discovered an overturned custom three-wheeled motorcycle in the ditch with 59-year-old David Miller of Seagertown trapped beneath, deceased.
Police determined Mr. Miller lost control of the vehicle for unknown reasons sometime on Friday night and crashed into a roadside ditch. The engine of the vehicle was cold and covered by condensation, indicating that the crash had happened hours ago. It is believed David died instantly.
