Oil City/Franklin – The Oil Region Library Association is positively thrilled to announce that they now provide interactive movie experiences that you can enjoy in your own home. With help from the Oil Creek Library District, the Franklin and Oil City Libraries can now provide card-carrying members with free interactive movie kits to enjoy at home with the family. Each kit contains the film, activities, props, special scripts, and recipes to turn your viewing experience from passive to interactive. The movie selection includes classic films like Top Gun, Mulan, Labyrinth, The Mummy, and a dozen other titles.

Free Swimming at the MARC This Weekend
Meadville – Get ready for free swimming at the Meadville Area Recreation Complex this Saturday, courtesy of the Crawford County Drug and Alcohol Executive Commission. From noon to 6 p.m., this Saturday at the MARC, enjoy free access to the pools thanks to the CCDAEC. A weather make-up day is scheduled for Sunday. Crawford County Drug and Alcohol helps people from all walks of life fight against the disease of addiction at little or no cost; this year, they are spreading the word on gambling addiction.
