Truck Hits Motorcycle
Mercer – A 20-year-old man was airlifted to St. Elizabeth’s Hospital from the scene of a truck vs motorcycle crash in Mercer County’s Coolspring Township last Tuesday. Zane Moore Michaels took advantage of last week’s warm weather to ride his Harley-Davidson motorcycle along Route 19 on the afternoon of Tuesday, March 10. He was struck by a pickup truck driven by Blake Kucharski of Pittsburgh. Investigators say Kucharski ignored a stop sign at the intersection of Route 19 and Franklin Road and struck Zane’s front tire with his truck.

Closings and Delays
Northwest PA – One last winter storm in the region has caused a number of school closings and delays this morning.
