Weather Delays Schools
NWPA – A number of Local School Districts are operating on two-hour delays this morning as a winter storm system brings freezing rain to the region. PennDOT has issued restrictions on some Interstate Highways because of ice. Check Operation Weather Alert on Facebook for more details about this morning’s Winter Weather Advisory, including closings and delays. The ice should disappear as temperatures climb into the forties late this morning.

Crawford Schools to Discuss Downsizing
Meadville – Crawford Central School District is holding a Special Committee meeting this evening, where they will discuss consolidating some school buildings. This non-voting meeting is open to the public and will take place at the Meadville High School Auditoriumon 930 North Street at 5:30 p.m. The board will be discussing the potential consolidation of some schools and taking public commentary on the topic. The outcome of this assembly will affect the agenda of the March 23rd voting meeting.
