Missing: Emilee Olivia Ruef
Erie – Authorities in two states are asking for help finding a teenager who has been missing for 10 days. 16-year-old Emilee Olivia Ruef of Erie went missing in Findley Lake, New York, on Columbus Day. Emilee is 5’2” tall and is said to weigh 120 pounds with blonde hair and blue eyes. She was wearing light blue jeans, a white crew neck sweatshirt, and blue shoes. Emilee may be driving a red 2015 Chevrolet Sedan with a New York License plate number LWK5594 and may have been heading toward the areas of Erie, PA, or Buffalo, NY.

If you see Emilee, call 911. At press time, no official sources have confirmed whether or not Emilee is still missing.

DUI Driver Parks Car in Tree
Greenville – Jeffery Cline of Hadley is charged with DUI after his car went airborne and was lodged in the fork of a tree on a Saturday night. Troopers from the Pennsylvania State Police say the 68-year-old was intoxicated on October 11th when he drove his car at high speed off of the wrong lane of Greenville Road in Mercer County’s Salem Township; he hit a ditch that caused his car to go airborne. Cline was rescued from inside his car, which was trapped about six feet off the ground, stuck in a tree, and transported to Greenville Hospital under suspicion of DUI and possible injury.

LIHEAP Benefits Delayed
Harrisburg – Pennsylvania’s Department of Human Services announced Wednesday that no federal funds have arrived for LIHEAP and that payments for the LIHEAP program will be delayed until December 3rd. DHS will still be accepting applications for LIHEAP and other federally funded aid programs and is ready to provide them as soon as they become available. In the meantime, people in immediate need can visit pa-navigate.org or call 211 to find resources available for immediate assistance.
