Man Impersonates Police Officer, Offers Kids Drugs
Erie – Jacob Clark of Erie was arraigned on charges of drug possession with intent to deliver, possession of a firearm while prohibited, luring children into a motor vehicle, and several misdemeanor crimes for an incident on September 30th. According to authorities, on that date, Clark lured three teenagers into his car by claiming to be an undercover police officer and offering them a marijuana laced vape cartridge, and a ride to Erie’s West Side. While in the car, he pulled down his pants and showed the children a scar he claimed was from being shot on the job, and showed them a loaded gun. The incident was reported by the mother of a girl who was involved.

DUI Driver Leads Police on Pursuit Through Applefest
Franklin – A Crawford County man is in Venango County Jail after leading police on a high-speed chase through Franklin. Jeffery Brumagin of Guys Mills is charged with DUI, fleeing and eluding police, and other crimes after his arrest around 2 a.m. on Sunday morning. According to police, Brumagin refused to pull over for a traffic stop initiated by a State Trooper early Sunday morning and led them into Franklin, where he drove through Applefest barricades and the wrong way on one-way streets in an effort to escape.
