Local Man Arresed for CSAM
Erie – A 74-year-old Erie man has been arrested for the possession of child sexual abuse material. Paul Chimenti has been charged with 51 felonies, 50 counts of possessing CSAM and one count of criminal use of a communications facility.  Chimenti’s bail was set at $50,000 during his arraignment. According to the Attorney General, a search of Chimenti’s electronics provided at least 50 images of child sexual abuse, most of which depicted victims under 10 years old.

POW/MIA Vigil and Ride for Freedom
Meadville – On Friday night, Veterans of the Vietnam War Post 52 is hosting a candlelight vigil for all of the Prisoners of War and Missing in Action soldiers who never made it home to Pennsylvania in Meadville’s Diamond Park. The vigil will be held from 6 p.m. until midnight, and the candle lighting ceremony takes place at 8 p.m., where the names of every POW and MIA in the state will be read. On Saturday is the Ride for Freedom, registration begins at 11 a.m. at The GOAT in Conneaut Lake, and the ride departs for Diamond Park at 2 p.m. Call (814)282-9737 with questions about either event.
