Cruisin’ for Prostates
Austintown, OH – This Saturday in Mahoning County, Ohio, the Yellow Brick Cancer Place hosts its annual Cruisin’ for Prostates car show. This year’s show will be held at Hollywood Gaming in Austintown from 11 to 3 and will showcase classic and antique vehicles, some more than 100 years old. There will also be food trucks, live music, and more fun; admission is free, and showcasing your own car is only $10. All proceeds benefit the Yellow Brick Cancer Place in Youngstown.

New Tax Credit for Volunteer Rescue
Saegertown – Volunteer firefighters are now eligible for a $500 tax credit in Crawford County’s largest school district. Penncrest School District, which covers 408 square miles of Crawford County, recently passed its own credit that matches the one already offered by the County Government. Act 172 was approved by the PennCrest School Board of Directors in accordance with state law. The new tax credit affects anyone who owns property within the Penncrest School District and serves as a volunteer firefighter or EMT at any of the eight stations contained therein.
