Conneaut School District Kindergarten Registration

Conneaut School District Kindergarten Registration will be held at Conneaut Lake Elementary on Tuesday, April 18 from 8:10am-2:15pm and 4pm-6pm. Registration at Conneaut Valley Elementary will be held Wednesday, April 12 from 8:10am-2:15pm and 4pm-6pm. Prospective students must be age 5 prior to August 1, 2023 to enroll for the 2023-2024 School Year.* Please be aware that full day kindergarten is in place at both elementary schools. Parent(s)/guardian(s) must be present and provide: (1) the child’s original birth certificate (not a hospital certificate), (2) records of immunizations, (3) proof of residency, and, if applicable, (4) custody papers. Children entering school must have been immunized for the following: Diphtheria, Tetanus and Pertussis (DTP) – 4 doses – fourth dose must be after the 4th birthday; Polio – 4 doses; MMR – 2 doses; Hepatitis B – 3 doses; and 2 doses of varicella (Chicken Pox) or provide the date and age of the child when he/she had the disease. The new kindergarten student should also be present at the time of registration.
