Stolen Firearm Sought by Police
Albion – The Pennsylvania State Police are searching for a firearm that was stolen from an Albion man at some point in the early half of this year, between January and March. The weapon is a semi-automatic Hi-Point 9mm pistol, black in color with an orange sight post in the front; the serial number is P1315808. Anyone who may have information about the theft is asked to call the Pennsylvania State Police in Girard at (814)774-9611.
Hard to Read License Plates can be Replaced for Free
State Representative Parke Wentling is holding a hard to read license plate event at the Sharon Police Department from 3 to 6 PM next Thursday, August 31st. If you live in or near Sharon and have a damaged license plate it can be inspected by the Sharon Police Department and if it’s determined to be illegible Wentling’s office will help you get free replacements even if you have personalized or special fund plates.
